By accessing or using BookCarts (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

BookCarts is an online marketplace that connects vehicle owners ("Owners") with individuals seeking to rent vehicles ("Renters").

BookCarts is not a rental provider and is not a party to any rental agreement between Owners and Renters. All rentals are agreements directly between users.

BookCarts does not provide insurance coverage of any kind.

• Owners are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for their vehicles.
• Renters are solely responsible for ensuring they are adequately covered while operating a rented vehicle.

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Owners agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Maintain vehicles in safe, legal operating condition
• Carry any required insurance and registrations

Renters agree to:

• Hold a valid driver's license
• Operate vehicles safely and legally
• Return vehicles in the same condition (excluding normal wear and tear)

BookCarts may charge service fees or commissions, which are disclosed prior to booking.

Security Deposits

A security deposit may be held for bookings and may be used to cover:

• Damage
• Lost items
• Late returns

Release of deposits is subject to the terms agreed between Owner and Renter. BookCarts does not guarantee deposit outcomes and is not responsible for disputes.

Cancellation terms are determined by the Owner's selected policy. Users agree to review and accept these terms before booking.

Users agree not to:

• Use vehicles for illegal purposes
• Sub-rent vehicles
• Provide false information
• Drive under the influence
• Engage in reckless or unsafe behavior

BookCarts:

• Does not own, inspect, or maintain vehicles
• Does not guarantee safety, legality, or suitability
• Does not verify all listing information

All interactions are at the user's own risk.

• Renters are liable for damage caused during a rental
• Owners are responsible for documenting and proving damage
• Disputes must be resolved between Owner and Renter

BookCarts may assist at its discretion but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookCarts is not liable for:

• Vehicle damage
• Personal injury
• Theft
• Accidents
• Disputes between users
• Financial losses related to rentals

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookCarts from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your rental activity
• Your violation of these Terms

BookCarts may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
